Terms and Conditions

1. The visitors should be 7 and above.
2. Those customers under 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
3. Eating, drinking, or smoking are not allowed during the tour.
4. Before starting the tour, the visitor must wear a mask and a hairnet.
5. For safety reasons, the visitor is not allowed to take the tour if they have an allergy, fever, flu, or any viral infection.
6. 6 people (max) per tour will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. Taking pictures or videos is not allowed during the tour.
8. Slippers, high heels, open, or slippery shoes are not allowed during the tour.
9. The store will not be able to accept personal belongings for safekeeping because we don't have a secure room.

:الشروط والأحكام

1. يجب أن يكون عمر الزائر 7 سنوات أو أكبر
2. يجب أن يكون الزوار الذين أصغر من 14 سنة برفقة أحد الوالدين/ الوصي
3. لا يسمح بتناول الطعام أو الشراب أو التدخين أثناء الجولة
4. قبل بدأ الجولة يجب على الزائر إرتداء الكمامة وغطاء الشعر
5. للحفاظ على سلامتكم إذا كان الزائريعاني من (حساسية، حامي،الإنفلونزا) لن يسمح له بالمشاركة في الجولة
6. سيتم إختيار 6 أشخاص (كحد أقصى) لكل جولة على أساس من يأتي أولاً يخدم أولاً
7. التقاط الصور أو مقاطع الفيديو غير مسموح بها أثناء الجولة
8. لا يسمح بالنعال، الكعب العالي، الأحذيةالمفتوحة أو الزلقة أثناء الجولة
9. لن تتمكن إدارة المطعم من قبول المتعلقات الشخصية لحفظها لأنه ليس لدينا غرفة لحفظ الأمانات
